Self-Solder Terminals
Soldering the terminal to the wire is the best method for any primary wire repair job. Our Self Solder Heat Shrink terminals makes this job as easy as "One - Two" your done. All of the OE type terminals should be soldered to prevent any possibility of developing unwanted resistance in the circuit. New weather pack terminals should also be used on these repair jobs.
Whenever a splice repair is made it is a good idea to seal the repair with heat shrink tubing. Simply select the proper size tubing and slide it over the splice. Heat the shrink tubing with our heat gun and you will see it form a water proof seal around the splice.
