| These Counterperson Training Programs will guide you through the various system designs being incorporated into today's vehicles as well as those systems that have been in use since the 1930s. Each program will describe the function of the parts you are selling and what related parts should be inspected or replaced. Each program will describe some of the testing procedures your customers can use to verify component and system operation. We will also describe some of the reasons why the original parts failed.
Our Counterperson Certification Program is going to be restructured over the next few weeks so, we are temporarily closing the certification programs.
