Most of the GM line up through 1996 had replaceable PROMs. In 1991 a few units had flash PROMs (see back of form 7448 A-10 for list of GM vehicles with these flash PROMs). |

- To order, include the following:
- Original PROM ID number (2-4 letters and 4 numbers) (You will be notified of updated PROMs for the application.)
- Original GM part number or scan tool ID number (1985 and later vehicles)
- Vehicle make, model, year, engine size, and VIN code
- Vehicle details (transmission type, air conditioning, Federal / California, etc.)
- Shipping address, name of the contact person, and shipping method
- Billing information (WD address and the name of contact person)
