On-Line Counterperson Training Programs

These programs are designed for professional auto parts sales people. Our goal is to provide in-depth knowledge about the BWD products available to you, the function they perform, and service and replacement tips.

Emission Controls Counterperson's Training Program

Getting Started! You can navigate through this program in a linear path, which will take between 20 and 30 minutes. Simply click on the first topic and continue through the program by clicking the NEXT button on each page.

You can also complete the program by selecting the topics that interest you by clicking on that topic and then return to this menu by clicking the TOPIC MENU button at the end of each section.

At the end of the program you may participate in the Counterperson Certification Program by filling out a data form and completing a quiz. After you have completed five of the Engine Management Programs you will receive a Certificate and a Premium for your effort.
